“I was very impressed with the service. I loved the convenience of scheduling by e-mail. Lidiane and her helper Dora arrived right on time and worked for two hours as agreed. They cleaned my studio from top to bottom, even moving the stove and cleaning underneath it and cleaning the upholstery, which I hadn't anticipated. They completely transformed the shower, especially the shower door which had been covered with hard-to-remove soap scum, and all with green products!!! “I just wanted to write to tell you what a great job Carlos, the carpet technician, did with our carpets. First, he had called and left me a message letting me know he was at the house and I could reach him if I had any questions. Second, we got home and were amazed at how good the carpets looked, including some of those tough stains. Third, he called me on next day to follow up on how things looked and to let me know that some areas required extra time and solution and would take a little longer to dry (which we did figure out on our own, but it was nice to get the call!).
All in all, a great experience and we would not hesitate to use Sparkling Clean for carpets or other cleaning services.”
